College Girl Confessions - Kesha Looking Sneaks Out for Halloween

Nothing annoys a dean of students more than getting called during my personal time to go deal with a rebellious one, especially when Halloween parties are my favorites, but that's what happened in this edition of College Girl Confessions. I think I found the best way to keep her in her own room this Halloween!
